core_data_updater.conf.settings

Process-level settings for the core-data-updater code server.

Database and vendor credentials are read directly by nc-data and nc-feeds from the injected environment. Business workload behavior is live, typed data in the core_data_updater PostgreSQL config schema. This model intentionally carries only process settings that do not belong in those two authorities.
